Review 1: he's really good teacher althought aub makes him look bad by making him fail students
he gives a hard quiz in the first time but quiz 2 and the final are very easy

Review 2:tarraf is a good teacher. He brings a certain passion to biology. He explains really well. His temper with students however can be a bit short but i like him for it. Don't get on his bad side.

Review 3: he really knows his material, and his lectures are very passionate.. however as a premed student thats the least you care about.. you need to come home and study like an idiot if you wanna have a good grade with him.he does NOT make your life easier.he's quite kind however, but very strict.. do not take biol 202 with him, it would be a shame while you have teachers like knio..

Review 5: Dr. Tarraf is one of those professors who really increases your passion for biology. he is a vibrant lecturer and a very nice person ( outside the lecture room at least:) )
his tests though are more like a Sudoku puzzle !!! i think ive developed a migraine because of his tests, but to be honest, he's a very fair person, because even though u didnt do gd on one of his tests he'll always give you a chance to make it up!!!
plus, it's so funny how he begins every single lecture of his by the same exact statement :" goodmorning, last time we talked about ..."
all in all, i really enjoyed taking the course with him and really, if u can make it with Dr.Tarraf , you can make it anywhere !!!!

Review 6: He knows his subject really well. Great lecturing style. However, the course material requires alot of work from students, and Dr. Tarraf's purpose is to fail as many bio students as possible (don't blame him, blame AUB). He argues that his exams are not difficult, just "challenging". You'll do well if u study daily.. NEVER iterrupt him during the lecture; he has a bit of a temper in lectures especially when it comes to "seeing or hearing cellphones". Outside the lectures he has a great attitude and relationship with students.
