Review 1: he is an excellent teacher. if ure looking for some easy credit he is definitely not someone to take a course with. his course is tough and serious but if u love math you will love his course. Highly recommended for math geeks

Review 1: Basically you can take a course with her if you feel like not understanding anything and getting a passing grade anyways. Incomprehensable lectures, but relatively easy lab assignments and exams. Since no one understands anything in class, the average will be low and you can expect a raise. Not recommendable though for anyone in CCE.

Dania Dbaibo

Review 1: I dont know how the other Psychology teachers in AUB dare show their faces when they know that they are NOTHING compared to Dania Dbabio. She is simply life changing , funny and motivational. People dnt care even if they are about to fail her class they still want to hear more of her.Simply put she gives you hope in surviving this harsh and cruel world.

(for the record, I attended the first class of Psyc 202 just for the heck of it, as I was certain I'm gonna drop it, because it made my schedule hectic...having nothing to do, I decided to attend...and, from the very first lecture, I decided to stay in the class, even if it caused a hectic schedule)

Review 6: they say that a great teacher is not one who just teaches, but one who inspires, and Mrs. Dbaibo truly inspired me !!!! she taught us a technique to study more efficiently, it's called the "mini hulks". i first thought that it wouldnt work, but when i tried it( just for fun at first) it REALLY WORKED!!!! and now im using it to study everything from biology to english and psychology !!!! of all the teachers in my university, she's the only professor who knew all our names, and who actually cared about how we were feeling, and more importantly, she's the only one who made us feel loved- and there is nothing more satisfying than feeling loved.

Review 2:tarraf is a good teacher. He brings a certain passion to biology. He explains really well. His temper with students however can be a bit short but i like him for it. Don't get on his bad side.

Review 5: Dr. Tarraf is one of those professors who really increases your passion for biology. he is a vibrant lecturer and a very nice person ( outside the lecture room at least:) )
his tests though are more like a Sudoku puzzle !!! i think ive developed a migraine because of his tests, but to be honest, he's a very fair person, because even though u didnt do gd on one of his tests he'll always give you a chance to make it up!!!
plus, it's so funny how he begins every single lecture of his by the same exact statement :" goodmorning, last time we talked about ..."
all in all, i really enjoyed taking the course with him and really, if u can make it with Dr.Tarraf , you can make it anywhere !!!!

Review 6: He knows his subject really well. Great lecturing style. However, the course material requires alot of work from students, and Dr. Tarraf's purpose is to fail as many bio students as possible (don't blame him, blame AUB). He argues that his exams are not difficult, just "challenging". You'll do well if u study daily.. NEVER iterrupt him during the lecture; he has a bit of a temper in lectures especially when it comes to "seeing or hearing cellphones". Outside the lectures he has a great attitude and relationship with students.

Bilal Kaafarani

Review 1: Kaafarani is a brilliant professor. Don't let anyone talk you out of not taking organic chemistry with him. Of course, you have to work harder with him but at least he is a professor who requires you to think about chemistry and not swallow the 1000 page book like a brainless nerd that most students taking organic chemistry courses with other professors are. Yes, you have to work.
He is a BRILLIANT lecturer. He has the funniest accent but you go out from his lecture totally understanding the material. He has slides that he posts on moodle. His slides are enough to study for his quizzes.
His quizzes are very difficult. The averages sometimes come as low as 48. But he usually does a curve and not a lot of students fail the course. Although if you get 20s and 30s on everything, then I don't think you deserve to pass the course. Not because you want to pass means you should - it's the hard truth; accept it.
If you get to choose between Kaafarani and the professor-wannabe Ghaddar, the choice is really simple: KAAFARANI, KAAFARANI, KAAFARANI

Review 2:
Never take an organic course with him if you have the option of taking it with Ghaddar or Haddadin. His exams are hell, and he wants them that way. He derives pleasure from torturing pre med students because he himself didnt get accepted in med school. Take all your organic courses with Ghaddar who is a million times better than Kaafarani.
